2 x corn on a cob
1 tablespoon of good quality salted butter, melted
1/2 Long red chilli, chopped finely
1/2 Garlic clove, minced
Knob of Parmesan, finely grated
A few strands of chives, cut into pieces
1. Steam the corn cobs until tender.
2. Prepare all ingredients and lay all except butter in a container or on a plate.
3. Fire up a grill or bbq and grill corn cobs until lightly charred. Brush with melted butter while cooking.
4. Remove from heat and roll in cheese and chilli mix.
