Last year I made gingerbread for the first time (here) and was so happy with the results I decided to include them in the yearly Christmas baking line up. Lately I’ve been seeing these upside-gingerbread-men-turned-reindeer and have been intrigued so I thought I would give them a try. This recipe from Exclusively Food is the best I’ve come across. Thorough and instructive and worked well both times with the perfect gingerbread flavour throughout. I used this picture as a guide for making the reindeer. They look very cute all lined up. Cute and ready for eating.
