We are nearing the busiest part of the year. That time when you need to glance at the calendar whenever you have the discussion that you must ‘catch up before Christmas’ to negotiate a time both parties can commit to. Which is why a breakfast get together is such a good idea. And I’ve got just the recipe for such an event. You may remember that I’ve made these before for a bridal-breakfast-on-the-morning-of-the-wedding. But it is a great recipe to keep in mind whenever you have people for breakfast, or even a breakfast picnic. They would work a treat on Christmas day too as they can be prepared ahead of time which leaves more time on Christmas morning for making coffee and seeing what Santa has brought. They are great for a few reasons: they are substantial without being heavy, they taste delicious, they can be prepared ahead of time, they are transportable and finally – they look so sweet when they’re all lined up ready to be eaten.
