I love cheese. Cheddar, brie, blue, feta – any type of cheese really, I’m not discriminatory. This recipe for Orange & Fennel Marinated Feta came from a family friend and it is too good to be true. The very simple combination of flavours works perfectly with the salty feta. Delicious to toss through a salad of freshly picked rocket, using the flavoured oil as dressing.
