Left Wonton More

I love dumplings.  I love gyoza.  I love wontons.  In fact, I’m partial to any parcel of the asian variety.  We spent the weekend at the Sunshine Coast and experienced some of the best Queensland winter weather I can remember – clear, sunny days, with no wind and an ocean that was glassy and aqua blue.   For Sunday lunch yesterday, I made a chilli crab wonton soup.  The wonton mixture was really delicious – light and fresh and just enough heat from the chilli.  And with a silky clear broth, wilted greens and a touch of spice – it was the perfect {almost} spring lunch.
