You Say Potato, I Say The Best Potato Wedges…Ever

As a sort-of {morbid} game, Adam and I sometimes talk about our last meal and what it would consist of.  Something that both of our menus have in common is that they include the potato wedges that have become a bit of a staple in our house.  Even though we make these as part of a nightly dinner at least once a week, they still don’t lose their appeal.  The thing with these wedges, are that because you mix them through the oil and spread them out well over the tray, they end up impossibly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.  The garlic flavours just enough without overpowering, and the rosemary adds a subtle intensity throughout.  The best thing about these wedges, is that they aren’t fancy, or difficult to prepare or something you have to plan for, but they are something you can quickly throw together at a moment’s notice  – and be completely blown away every time.

  1. yum! They look amazing. Potatoes are such a favourite in my house, and I have to admit I’m rather partial to baking as the preferred way of cooking them. I’m going to have to try making the rosemary salt as thats a new idea for me and it sounds divine.
