Mid-week menu: Pumpkin and Fetta Pesto Fettuccine

Some good friends of ours have recently moved back from London and last night we finally caught up with them for dinner.  They met Jack, we filled them in on everything they had missed, and we heard their adventure filled travel stories.  We ate pasta and drank red wine. This pasta recipe really calls for fresh pasta – which, if you haven’t made before is very simple to make (and nothing quite compares) – but failing that, store bought fresh pasta is a good substitute.  It is a very simple dish – four main ingredients which when combined, create something quite special.
